We cater to both the local community and offshore clients and our basic aim is to provide both residents and the offshore industry with a wide range of corporate needs. Of particular interest to those in the financial sector may be the provision of standard company incorporations for ordinary resident, non-resident and exempted companies for a flat fee of US$1,000.00 plus disbursements.

Such incorporations would include the preparation of Memorandum and Articles of Association for the company using documents approved by the company's attorneys-at-law, registering and filing the same with the Registrar of Companies, obtaining the corporate seal (if required), preparing and filing requisite affidavits, applying for and obtaining Tax Exemption Guarantees or obtaining the Non-resident Resignation as applicable.

In addition to offering standard incorporations we are capable of providing the company with additional corporate services as well as other relevant services, all at a set fee which is negotiated and known to the beneficial owners at the time of incorporation.
