Rob Imparato was appointed Managing Director of Bodden Corporate Services Ltd (BCSL) in September 2009. He is responsible for the day-to-day management, administration and marketing of BCSL. Mr Imparato is a well-known and highly respected business executive who comes to BCSL with a wealth of corporate management and administration experience from his 10-year tenure as an executive of Caribbean Utilities Company Ltd, a Toronto Stock Exchange-listed reporting issuer and more recently as Managing Director and a co-founder of PA Corporate Services Limited.
Mr Imparato, among his other credentials, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and earned an Associate designation from this organization in 2000. Originally from Houston, Texas, he has resided on Grand Cayman since 1997 and has a decades-long family affiliation with the Cayman Islands. He is very active in the local community, currently sitting on the board of Cayman Islands Little League.

an Attorney at Law practising in the Cayman Islands for over eighteen
years, Sherri A Bodden specialises in Real Estate, Corporate Law,
Financing, Licensing and Immigration Law. She began
practice as an Associate of Hunter & Hunter (now Abbleby, Spurling
& Hunters) and then as both an Associate and partner at Ian Boxall
& Co (now Ogier & Boxalls). She retired temporarily from
law in 1998 to spend more quality time with her husband, Wayne and
three children, Alex, Thomas, and Gemma. During 1998 to July 2005 she
remained active as a Chairman and member of various Government Boards
and in 1999 she together with her father, Norman Bodden established
Bodden Corporate Services Ltd which is licensed as a Corporate
Management service provider with the Monetary Authority of the Cayman
Islands. In September of 2002 she established the firm of Bodden
& Bodden together with her partner Lynn M Bodden. She continues to
sit on various Boards and is active in the private sector and in the
community. Mrs Bodden is a Director and Shareholder of
Bodden Corporate Services Ltd and offers her legal services through
Bodden & Bodden Attorneys at Law.
